Summary: Check in and check out were a breeze. Steven and the other front desk were very helpful and accommodating for our large family. However, the housekeeping was very disappointing. We checked in on a Thursday night and didn’t get any housekeeping services until Sunday. We had to call for extra towels on Saturday and that took about 30 minutes to get. Our tissue box was empty and they didn’t bother to change it out. Little things like that were disappointing when the rest of the hotel was such a good experience. The location was very convenient, but I don’t know that I would stay at this Home2Suites again.
